Supporting Your Professional Development

That’s why we’ve partnered with the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), a global professional body that inspires, informs, and influences the engineering and technology community, supporting engineers at all career stages and promoting the positive role of STEM.
Through our Enterprise Partnership, CEMA actively support all team members to join and progress with the IET, gaining professional recognition such as TMIET or MIET status. We also provide guidance and opportunities for staff to achieve professional registration with the Engineering Council, including EngTech, IEng, and CEng. These internationally respected credentials demonstrate your competence, commitment, and professionalism, opening doors to greater career prospects and industry recognition.

Becoming a STEM Ambassador with CEMA Ltd
At CEMA Ltd, we’re passionate about inspiring the next generation of engineers and technicians. That’s why we actively support our staff, including apprentices, to become STEM Ambassadors through our partnership with the STEM Ambassador programme.
As a STEM Ambassador, you’ll have the opportunity to share your knowledge and enthusiasm for science, technology, engineering, and maths with young people in schools and community groups. This role is incredibly rewarding, allowing you to:
